They are ultra thin and safe to use. There are no harmful chemicals involved in the heating process, making them suitable for daily use, even for sensitive skin. The highest temperature can achieve to 60 degrees,and its average heat is 51 degrees centigrade. The insole foot warmer patches can provide warmth for 8 hours.
