PC-TPU blend filament combines the rigidity, transparency and heat resistance of polycarbonate with the flexibility, elasticity and impact absorption of TPU. It offers balanced hardness with good interlayer adhesion and rebound. Requires stable temperature control, moderate moisture sensitivity. Suitable for hybrid parts needing both stiffness and flexibility, flexible mounts, impact-resistant housings, wear-resistant joints and protective brackets.
