PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) filament is a high-performance super engineering material with excellent impact strength, superior hydrolytic stability and good high-temperature resistance. It can withstand repeated steam sterilization and offers excellent chemical resistance and toughness. Requires very high nozzle temperature and strict drying. Suitable for sterilizable medical devices, aerospace duct components, hot-water plumbing fixtures and high-toughness industrial parts.
