PP

PP (Polypropylene) is a lightweight, low-density engineering filament with excellent chemical resistance, fatigue resistance and low water absorption. It has good flex resistance and is food-contact safe, but it is extremely difficult to stick to build plate and easy to warp. Suitable for chemical containers, living hinges, food storage parts and flexible repeated-bending components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 220–240°C, Heated Bed 80–100°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Special PP adhesive or PP build sheet required; dry filament at 60–65°C for 3–4 hours before printing.
