PC

PC (Polycarbonate) is a high-performance engineering filament famous for outstanding impact resistance, high transparency and heat tolerance. It is strong, shatterproof and can withstand relatively high temperature. It absorbs moisture easily and warps easily, requires stable high-temperature enclosed printing environment. Suitable for protective shields, clear visors, high-strength structural parts and heat-resistant components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 270–290°C, Heated Bed 90–110°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Enclosed chamber is mandatory; dry filament at 80–85°C for 6–8 hours before printing.
