Resin guide (SLA / MSLA)
Resin prints give you smooth detail for miniatures, jewellery and dental-style models. Standard resins are easy and cheap; tough and engineering resins add strength and heat resistance.
Choosing a 3D printer
- FDM — best value, big material choice, great for functional parts.
- SLA/MSLA — highest detail, smooth surfaces, for miniatures & dental.
- SLS — strong nylon parts with no supports, for production.
CNC, Laser & Waterjet
Need to cut or machine beyond plastic? Desktop CNC routers, CO2 & fibre lasers, and the WAZER waterjet let you work in wood, acrylic, metal and stone.
