PA

PA (Nylon) is a widely used polyamide engineering filament with outstanding toughness, abrasion resistance and good tensile strength. It absorbs moisture rapidly, easy to bubble and warp during printing. It has excellent fatigue resistance and can withstand repeated impact. Suitable for gears, fasteners, cable ties, hinge parts, functional wear-resistant components and mechanical assemblies. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 240–270°C, Heated Bed 70–100°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Enclosed chamber strongly recommended; dry filament at 80–90°C for 6–8 hours before printing, store dry after drying.
