PESU

PESU (Polyethersulfone) is a high-performance amber-transparent super engineering filament. It has excellent heat resistance, hydrolytic stability, steam sterilization capability and outstanding chemical resistance. It can withstand repeated autoclave sterilization, high strength and low creep. Extremely moisture sensitive and easy to warp, strict drying and enclosed printing environment required. Suitable for medical reusable parts, steam sterilizable fixtures, high-temperature food contact components and high-performance transparent hardware. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 360–380°C, Heated Bed 120–140°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Enclosed chamber mandatory; dry filament at 120–130°C for 8–12 hours before printing.
