PEEK

PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is a premium high-performance super engineering filament. It delivers outstanding high-temperature resistance, excellent mechanical strength, low creep, great chemical resistance and biocompatibility. It can withstand autoclave sterilization and is widely used in medical and aerospace fields. Extremely sensitive to moisture, requires high-temperature enclosed printer chamber. Suitable for medical implants, surgical instruments, aerospace parts, high-load bearings and high-temperature industrial components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 380–420°C, Heated Bed 120–160°C, Cooling Fan 0–5%. Fully enclosed high-temperature chamber required; dry filament at 150–160°C for 12–24 hours before printing.
