POM

POM (Polyoxymethylene, also known as Delrin) is a high-performance engineering filament with ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, high rigidity and good fatigue resistance. It has low moisture absorption but is prone to warping and formaldehyde release when overheated. Great for gears, bearings, sliding parts, bushings, snap-fit mechanisms and moving mechanical components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 205–225°C, Heated Bed 90–110°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Enclosed printer chamber required, avoid overheating; dry filament at 80–85°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
