PET
PET is the raw material of plastic bottles, different from PETG. It has high tensile strength, low creep, good rigidity and chemical resistance. It is stiffer but more brittle than PETG, easy to crystallize and warp. Great for high-strength structural parts, bottle-like containers, mechanical fixtures and parts requiring low creep performance. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 250–270°C, Heated Bed 70–90°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Enclosed chamber is helpful; dry filament at 65–70°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
