Carbon Fiber PA

Carbon Fiber PA filament reinforced with carbon fiber powder. Compared with standard PA nylon, it delivers higher rigidity, lower thermal expansion and better dimensional stability, matte black finish. It maintains nylon’s toughness while carbon filler is abrasive to nozzles. Moisture sensitive, must be thoroughly dried. Suitable for lightweight drone frames, RC parts, high-stiff gears, precision brackets and low-weight industrial structural components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 250–270°C, Heated Bed 80–100°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Hardened steel nozzle required, enclosed chamber recommended; dry filament at 85–90°C for 6–8 hours before printing, keep moisture-proof storage.
