PA66

PA66 (Nylon 66) polyamide filament has higher heat resistance, rigidity and tensile strength than PA6. It has excellent wear resistance and low friction performance. It absorbs moisture quickly and is more difficult to print than PA6, requiring strict drying and stable enclosed environment. Suitable for high-temperature resistant gears, structural brackets, engine peripheral prototypes, high-load fasteners and precision mechanical parts. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 250–270°C, Heated Bed 80–100°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Enclosed chamber required; dry filament at 85–90°C for 6–8 hours before printing, store in dry box.
