Carbon Fiber PC

Carbon Fiber PC filament reinforced with carbon fiber powder. It has higher rigidity, lower thermal expansion and lighter weight than standard PC, with a smooth matte black finish. Abrasive to nozzles, retains PC’s heat resistance. Perfect for lightweight structural frames, drone parts, high-stiff brackets and precision functional components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 275–290°C, Heated Bed 95–110°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Hardened steel nozzle required, enclosed chamber mandatory; dry filament at 80–85°C for 6–8 hours before printing.
