Carbon Fiber PEEK

Carbon Fiber PEEK filament reinforced with carbon fiber. It retains PEEK’s excellent chemical resistance and high heat stability, with greatly improved rigidity, tensile strength and dimensional stability, lower creep and thermal expansion than unfilled PEEK. Matte black appearance, carbon filler is abrasive to nozzles. It is widely used for lightweight high-load structural components. Suitable for aerospace fixtures, racing parts, high-stiff medical brackets and precision low-deformation industrial parts. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 390–415°C, Heated Bed 130–160°C, Cooling Fan 0–5%. Hardened steel nozzle required, high-temperature fully enclosed chamber mandatory; dry filament at 150–160°C for 12–24 hours before printing.
