Glass Fiber PEEK

Glass Fiber PEEK filament reinforced with glass fiber. Compared with standard unfilled PEEK, it has higher rigidity, better dimensional stability and lower thermal expansion. It keeps PEEK’s high heat resistance and excellent chemical resistance. Glass fiber is abrasive to nozzles and strict drying is required. Suitable for high-temperature jigs, industrial support frames, precision mechanical components and structural parts that need stable dimensions under heat. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 390–415°C, Heated Bed 130–160°C, Cooling Fan 0–5%. Hardened steel nozzle required, high-temperature fully enclosed chamber mandatory; dry filament at 150–160°C for 12–24 hours before printing.
