Standard PEEK

Standard PEEK is unfilled polyetheretherketone super engineering filament. It features excellent high-temperature resistance, outstanding mechanical strength, biocompatibility and chemical inertness. It can be repeatedly autoclaved for sterilization. It requires high-temperature printing environment and thorough drying, moisture will cause bubbling and delamination. Suitable for medical devices, surgical jigs, aerospace prototypes, high-load bushings and high-temperature structural parts. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 380–400°C, Heated Bed 120–150°C, Cooling Fan 0–5%. High-temperature fully enclosed chamber mandatory; dry filament at 150–160°C for 12–24 hours before printing.
