Carbon Fiber PESU

Carbon Fiber PESU filament filled with carbon fiber. It retains PESU’s hydrolysis resistance and autoclavable property, while featuring higher rigidity, lower thermal expansion and better dimensional stability than standard PESU. Matte black finish, carbon filler is abrasive to nozzles. Extremely moisture sensitive. Suitable for high-stiff sterilizable fixtures, precision medical brackets, high-temperature stable structural parts and low-deformation industrial components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 365–380°C, Heated Bed 125–140°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Hardened steel nozzle required, enclosed chamber mandatory; dry filament at 120–130°C for 8–12 hours before printing.
