Standard PESU

Standard PESU (Polyethersulfone) is general-purpose super engineering filament with natural amber transparent appearance. It supports repeated autoclave steam sterilization, excellent hydrolysis resistance, high heat resistance and great chemical stability. Highly sensitive to moisture, insufficient drying will cause bubbles and poor layer bonding. Suitable for reusable medical tools, sterilizable lab jigs, high-temperature food-safe parts and transparent high-strength components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 360–375°C, Heated Bed 120–135°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Enclosed chamber mandatory; dry filament at 120–130°C for 8–12 hours before printing.
