Carbon Fiber PET

Carbon Fiber PET filament reinforced with carbon fiber powder. Compared to standard PET, it delivers higher stiffness, lower creep and reduced thermal expansion, with a matte black finish. It retains PET’s excellent tensile strength and chemical resistance, yet the carbon filler is abrasive to nozzles. Ideal for lightweight rigid jigs, high-load structural brackets and precision parts requiring stable dimensions. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 255–270°C, Heated Bed 75–90°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Hardened steel nozzle required, enclosed chamber recommended; dry filament at 65–70°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
