Glass Fiber POM

Glass Fiber POM filament reinforced with glass fiber. Compared with standard POM, it has higher rigidity, better dimensional stability and lower thermal expansion. It still maintains good wear resistance of POM, while glass fiber is abrasive to nozzles. Suitable for high-load gears, support brackets, precision mechanical slides and structural moving parts. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 210–225°C, Heated Bed 90–105°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Hardened steel nozzle required, enclosed chamber needed; dry filament at 80–85°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
