Standard POM

Standard POM is general-purpose polyoxymethylene (Delrin) filament. It features ultra-low friction, excellent wear resistance, high rigidity and good fatigue resistance. Perfect for parts that slide and rotate. It tends to warp, and high temperature decomposition will produce irritating gas. Suitable for gears, bearings, bushings, sliding rails and snap-fit moving assemblies. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 205–220°C, Heated Bed 90–105°C, Cooling Fan 0–10%. Enclosed chamber required, avoid overheating; dry filament at 80–85°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
