Glass Fiber PP

Glass Fiber PP filament reinforced with fine glass fiber. Higher rigidity, reduced shrinkage and better dimensional stability compared with standard PP. It keeps good chemical resistance of PP, but the glass fiber is abrasive to nozzles. Suitable for rigid chemical resistant brackets, support frames, structural housings and low-weight industrial parts. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 225–240°C, Heated Bed 85–100°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Hardened steel nozzle recommended, PP build plate or special adhesive required; dry filament at 60–65°C for 3–4 hours before printing.
