Standard PP

Standard PP filament is general-purpose polypropylene. It features outstanding chemical resistance, excellent flex fatigue performance and low density. It can create durable living hinges that bend repeatedly without breaking. Poor bed adhesion and prone to warping, special build surface is needed. Ideal for chemical containers, food storage parts, snap-fit joints and flexible hinge structures. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 220–235°C, Heated Bed 80–95°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. PP sheet or special adhesive needed for bed adhesion; dry filament at 60–65°C for 3–4 hours before printing.
