Carbon Fiber ABS

Carbon Fiber ABS filament filled with fine carbon fiber powder. Higher stiffness and lower thermal expansion than standard ABS, matte black finish. It retains ABS’s impact strength and machinability, but is abrasive to nozzles. Great for lightweight structural parts, mechanical brackets, RC components and rigid prototypes. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 245–260°C, Heated Bed 95–105°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Hardened steel nozzle required, enclosed chamber recommended; dry filament at 70–75°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
