ASA

ASA is UV-resistant weatherable engineering filament, similar to ABS but with vastly superior outdoor ageing resistance. It resists sunlight, rain and temperature changes without yellowing, cracking or losing strength. It is impact-resistant, easy to sand and post-process, prone to warping and requires enclosed printing environment. Ideal for outdoor enclosures, garden fixtures, drone shells, solar accessories, vehicle exterior parts and long-term outdoor exposed components. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 240–260°C, Heated Bed 90–110°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Enclosed chamber recommended; dry filament at 60–65°C for 3–4 hours before printing.
