ABS

ABS is a classic engineering 3D printing filament with high impact resistance, good hardness and machinability. It can be sanded, glued with acetone vapor polishing. It needs stable high temperature environment and is prone to warping. Suitable for mechanical parts, toy shells, DIY models and parts needing post-processing. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 240–260°C, Heated Bed 95–110°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Enclosed printer chamber strongly recommended; dry filament at 70–75°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
