Standard ABS

Standard ABS filament is the classic general-purpose engineering material. It delivers excellent impact resistance, good rigidity and can be sanded, bonded and polished with acetone vapor. It tends to warp without a heated enclosed chamber. Ideal for mechanical housings, toy shells, prototype parts and DIY projects requiring post finishing. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 240–255°C, Heated Bed 95–105°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Enclosed chamber highly recommended; dry filament at 70–75°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
