Matte ASA

Matte ASA filament retains all the excellent UV and weather resistance properties of standard ASA, with a smooth non-gloss matte surface directly after printing. It avoids shiny reflection, hides layer lines better and needs less sanding. Still impact-resistant and suitable for outdoor use, prone to warping. Ideal for drone casings, outdoor equipment housings, automotive exterior trims and parts requiring low-reflection matte finish. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 240–255°C, Heated Bed 90–105°C, Cooling Fan 0–20%. Enclosed chamber recommended; dry filament at 60–65°C for 3–4 hours before printing.
