TPU 95A

TPU 95A is the hardest grade of our TPU series. It offers moderate flexibility, high wear resistance and good support. It is less stretchy, easier to print compared with softer TPU. Ideal for tough protective cases, bumper parts, shoe soles, handle grips and semi-rigid functional items. Recommended print settings: Nozzle 215–235°C, Heated Bed 45–60°C, Cooling Fan 40–70%. Direct drive extruder recommended, reduce print speed; dry filament at 55–60°C for 3–4 hours before printing.
